Halle Elbling, MS, RDN, CDE
Halle Elbling, MS, RDN, CDE is a Registered Dietitian Nutritionist and Certified Diabetes Educator with a Master’s degree in Nutritional Science from San Jose State University and has a Bachelor’s degree in Nutritional Science from Cal Poly State University, San Luis Obispo. Halle has a Certificate in Adult Weight Management and has been providing nutrition counseling and health education for over 20 years and has helped thousands of individuals to live healthier lifestyles.
Currently, Halle is professor of nutrition at Palomar College and as a Certified Diabetes Educator, providing clinical training and counseling to people with Type 1, Type 2 and Gestational Diabetes, as well as developing diabetes prevention plans. Halle enjoys providing seminars, healthy cooking demonstrations and writing nutrition articles to positively influence and empower others to take charge of their health and weight, to be physically active, to prevent their risks of chronic disease and to make healthier food choices daily.
