It is sure hard to get cheerful, helpful customer service these days. Almost everywhere you call, is now automated, or the line is constantly busy. I know most people only take the time to complain about bad service, but more of us need to acknowledge good service. So this is my Acknowledgement for the GREAT SERVICE I have received each and every time in the past year.
